Owner's Description

1917 5 Centimes (KM17) NGC SP66. Extremely Rare. Purchased 10/31/2010 from Dealer The only one graded by NGC, none graded by PCGS, and the first I have seen after more than a decade of searching. SP66 after dramatic NCS conservation (Previously SP65). They removed cloudiness and some slight staining. It now is as beautiful as the day it was minted.
