Owner's Description

This 6.25 grams, .900 Ag, 24.3mm, United States 25 cents commemorative coin 1,094,993 and has a NGC population of 7,914. The obverse of this coin was engraved by J. Flanagan and features the left facing portrait of George Washington, the first president of the United States from 1789-1797, is accompanied with the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" and the lettering "LIBERTY" and it is surrounded by the facial value at bottom and the inscription "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" at top. The reverse of this coin depicts a right facing Peregrine Falcon. This was once an endangered species, but thanks to conservation efforts they can now be found throughout Idaho.The Idaho Quarter was the forty third coin in the State Quarter series and it was released on June 4, 2007.
