Owner's Description
This 28.28 grams, .925 Ag, 32mm, Polish 20zl 350th Anniversary of the Defense of Jasna Gora in Czestochowa coin had a limited mintage of just 69,000 and has a low NGC population of just 42. This coin was minted at the Warsaw mint and released by the National Bank of Poland on August 24, 2005. The obverse of this coin features a 1/2 length figure of monk at lower right and Jasna Gora under bombardment in background. The reverse features the Polish Eagle and denomination to right, a quote from Saint Pope John Paull II and the outline of Jasna Gora in the background. The edge of this coin has the lettering: "CZESTOCHOWA 2005" repeated three times.
