Owner's Description

This 31.1 grams, .999 Ag, 40 mm, Australian $1 Kangaroo coin had a limited mintage of only 20,000 and has a low NGC population on just 174. The obverse of this coin was engraved by Wojciech Pietranik and features a frosted background with a standing kangaroo facing left, the value at upper right and weight and fineness at bottom. The reverse depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II facing right.
