Owner's Description

This 14.14 grams, .925 Ag, 32mm, Polish 10zl Solidarity Commemorative (Polish Road to Freedom- General elections of 4 June 1989) coin was minted by the Warsaw Mint and released by the National Bank of Warsaw on 3 June 2009. This coin had a limited mintage of 100,000 and has a very low NGC population of just 27. The obverse features a colorized logo of the Solidarity movement with Pope John Paul II in the left foreground and a crowd in the background. The reverse features the Polish national eagle at bottom center and lettering: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA 2009 encircling the top.
