Owner's Description

This 11.50 grams, .400 Ag, 30.61mm, Panamanian 1/2 Balboa coin had an extremely limited mintage of just 20,000 and has a very low NGC population of just 6. The obverse of this coin features Balboa with helmet facing right with the lettering MEDIO BALBOA at top and a wreath at bottom. The reverse of this coin depicts the National Coat of Arms of Panama with the lettering REPVBLICA DE PANAMA at top and the date at bottom. This coin has a reeded edge and some varieties do exist.
