Owner's Description

This 11.2 grams, .625 Ag, 29mm, 5 Mark German coin had a mintage of 20,600,000 and has a NGC population of only 10. The obverse of this coin features an eagle facing left, the emblem of Germany. The reverse depicts the denomination center with the mint mark below (in this case D for Munich). The edge of this coin is smooth with the inscription of the German motto (unity, justice, freedom). This coin was demonetized on 08/01/1975.
