Owner's Description

This is a S-78, which is the second most common Pole to Cap cent variety. S-76-b is the most common. All collectors should have a chance to see a high grade example of these coins. The die work was so delecate and shallow that it's easy to see why so many pieces have incomplete detail on the reverse.
