Set Description:
Full on Apocalyptic with a string of good fortune, and thanks to the ingenuity that keeps the "man" thinking! Ways to be stronger and held together by wits and Moxy, only realizing that "alone" may not be the last judgement he needs to make. Having its time for a series and keeping up to snuff, comes Y: The Last Man! Not in control of any surroundings, well not any more than usual, the writers take on an inspiration of "THE END!"
He's bound to find out about someone else, but people are seemingly hearing of HIM through the grapevine. The Last?
Becoming the "last man" standing in this particular universe only means he has got "some explaining to do!" Whether by design or a making do of circumstances takes several issues to get a baseline but then were rolling downhill for this Y the Last Man series to then push into an uphill overtime. With proverbial monkey character in tow, it takes those thought of mysteries and tries to elaborate. Labs included, and otherwise knowing the chromosomes, the responsibility, and what may come that needs handling with care and assertion of those plotlines. Vertigo doing it up well, with a moderate series that had some simmering.

1st appearance of Yorick & Hero Brown, Ampersand, Agent 355, Dr. Allison Mann, Beth DeVille & (more...)1st appearance of Yorick & Hero Brown, Ampersand, Agent 355, Dr. Allison Mann, Beth DeVille & Colonel Tse'Elon (Alter). A lot of 1sts to understand the movement of the plot within the story for this book, that the series went on for 60 issues! It had a reader following, and much like the series "Invincible", it had a long involvement that even stirred the media and Hollywood. Not long for this world was the show, but even BEFORE THAT was the courage to enjoy and be a fan. The fans were listened too, and it was fun while it lasted. Bought from Ebay for $162 shipped, it was a risk worth taking, and we've got the funky cover with a monkey! The monkey covers really do kind of make up the key books to this series, and while there are not a lot of keys with CGC label notes, as mentioned the series does have a long run. Very impactful for the early 2000's that made the grade for studio involvement as well!
A wild ride still talked about circa 2025! That may seem long ago, but it holds on as long as there are readers!
Complete with a back cover picture of some reader copies! Woo-Hoo! Love this little bookstore down the street with a taste for a wide variety, keeping in business the best I can!
