Set Description:
Adam Hughes! AH! Hughes has it covered again and keeps it fun with sporty colorful art! This Wonder Woman will keep you happy with piercing eyes, of honor! She goes by the code of the Amazon. Bound by her "law" she has the morals of old and is inspired by the "humanity" that she sees in others, humans mostly. The ability to discern right from wrong, keeps her on her toes and gives her the will and drive for justice.
Wonder Woman like Adam Hughes is as immovable as the sand through time, if she ran into you, you would probably drop like a bag of rocks!
Powers of a turn style as an option, a brick house, and the truth holding scruples to make it out of most things unscathed. Such can be the beginnings of well laid plans, but the Wonder Woman has been tried and true, and whatever the test. Is it all from the Amazon or Amazonian spirit? Some would say that she sees it enough in normal blood humans to take it to task as a purpose worth fighting for and that is the characters charm. Few that be that can rival, it isn't just a "right light" kind of venue, and of course, it takes those within the standing of DC to be approved when getting ahold to work on a book such as, WONDER WOMAN! Bending steal, blocking bullets, and with mostly a gentle soul except when she needs to get spirited for the knockout!

Seemingly the cover is a lot like the Linda Carter portrayal of Wonder Woman, where the eyes are separate from the bottom of her eye lids. lol. She must be looking very intently! Such a "serious" cover Ha! by AH! Had a slabbed under copy in CGC 9.6 that I sold to "frozentundraguy" (boardie) for his secret Santa 2021. I still actually now have a NM Newsstand under copy. Still with this story, you've got Wonder Woman questioning things and determining if the zeal is worth it. AH! Brings it home for this Walt Simonson story. Nice to see these older artists and writers getting some love. It is nice to see that quality is still appreciated, because they ARE veterans and know how to serve it up right. A white pages 9.8 blue label, with that series female empowering cover. I bought this raw from Keith's Comics for like $10. I already owned a previous 9.6, and I wasn't sure that I "loved it that much!" Hope to have the guts to try again, without a press, and success a 9.8! Because remember that NM newsstand of this issue? Do I dare send in yet a 3rd copy? Newsstands are considered less available from this decade.
Adam Hughes Statue showing that arms broken she still wields fierce bravery.
Complete with a back cover picture of the Tweeter Head Sideshow statue of the Amazonian Wonder Woman! Spearing the hearts and winning over the jungles of today's type decadence, by standing formidable. At 28 inches tall, it shows with what will like force of a moral code she is made, and out from the peaceful like but fierce Amazon!
