Owner's Description

The 1960 Philadelphia had its share of abrasons and bagmarks and finding one like this is really going to be tough to find. You will notice a few with this date had the double lettering due to the worn dies. The 1950's and 1960's were noted as being overlooked when they were made at the us mint. Finding very few that had those exceptional qualites to them, then premium values set in with these Jeffersons being considered very rare nickels .
