Issue #126 features the first appearance of the new Torpedo, Brock Jones. This issue is also the first appearance of Heather Glenn who would be an on and off love interest that Matt nearly married in Frank Miller’s run but died a little while after in issue #220. Our 9.8 is one of eight books topping the census. We acquired it from My Comic Shop in August 2017.
