Hulk shows up in NY, arriving from Asgard and transforms into Bruce. Bruce makes his way to Rick Jones apartment then goes to a tv show and see's Ricky saying bad things about the Hulkster, Back at Ricks apartment he pulls a gun on Bruce but is stopped by Betty. She starts going crazy as well only to find out both her and Rick have been controlled by the Space Paracite who then shows up to fight the Hulk and to syphon Hulk's power. Bruce transforms, and the Hulk and SP start fighting it out, eventually Hulk beats SP who teleports to his space ship to escape, but the SP people on another planet have been watching the battle and blow up SP's ship so SP dies in space. The military had showed up and once the battle was over fired some gas that knocked out the Hulk and turned him back into Bruce
