Brian Michael Bendis & David F. Walker story, Jamal Campbell cover & art! There are Campbell's among us! 1st Zumbado! Another Spring Break 2024 find, with a bit of trade in, to round out a set of more than one slab in this series to be collected. A first full or otherwise appearance of Zumbado! Wrapping up the series in a quick 6 issue run is this last issue. The series had media attention, with similarly in grade finds in the wild. Part Alien and Part getting to the bottom of things, this run takes the simple details to find powers useful and for the good of oneself to heart! Naomi is a new type of series that got fame in speculation corners, and I got it for $20 in trade and out the door, with a New Avenger's slab as well for the same cost. In CGC 9.8 no less! Glad to have made the trip on this rainy day in Spring, that has arrived, and with a Break for comics before getting on with the chores and life worth living. Titan comics has bargain slab bins, and a few minor finds from them in the collection, including this one.
Complete with a back cover picture of the insides of course! To issue #1, however, as it was found for $2 and will be sent off to CGC, I need a picture of the "insides" before it is encapsulated! Those are some spicey first pages and yet those are of Superman himself, and Naomi takes further issues to get down to any action of her own on a SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY or other motorcross sport play by play.
