Issue #69 once again features the Monkees parody, the Maniaks. As I write this, Michael Nesmith recently died leaving Mickey Dolenz the sole survivor of the Pre-Fab Four, as they were derisively named by critics. They certainly were not the Beatles or one of the other legendary groups of that era, but they also were possibly a little underrated, as much of their music is still enjoyable and they could indeed play it at concert.
At any rate, I digress. Our 9.8 is one of five highest graded examples topping the census. We acquired the book from the 8/5/2021 Heritage Auction.
