Owner's Description
1st Omega Red. (ARKADY ROSSOVICH) Classic Cover, in my opinion, but still common as dirt. Saving Grace is it's a Newsstand for old time's sake, Haha, collecting for the fun of it! Love the Wolverine and Omega Red battle in the animated series. From an "older" world so to speak, unfrozen, the only way to somehow stop the revolution is to once again freeze the varmint, according to the animated series. This tough hombre takes home the mission that he, Omega Red, once had at the beginning of the Cold War. Thoughtfully not programmed toward anything else, this somewhat brainwashed lover of the "old country" sticks to his guns. Throwing around X-men like a mere whim of fancy. Not even the Wolverine can cut through the tentacles of this once flying high super soldier, as they too are "made of ADAMANTIUM" I think, which calls to mind the age of the "metal!" Looks like a deep freeze had no effect on the mind and the revolution was in his programming the entire time.
Complete with a back cover picture of what I thought would spice it up by adding a card now that CGC is into those. This was how the Omega Red was portrayed, fierceness and unyielding he came very close to defeating the X-Men! The line must be drawn here, no further!
