Owner's Description

Issue #68 features another Red Skull appearance. Some 9.8s are better than others, this one appears perfect to my eyes with bright reds and purples. It is the sole 9.8 and single highest graded copy as of June 2024.

2025 Update: It was a very bad year for our TOS collection as both of our single highest graded 9.8s are now 1/2 highest. Sometimes comic collecting Sucks!
