Owner Comments:
1917, the second year of the Mercury Dime saw a large mintage and is a common date in the context of early date Merc.’s. This example is a very PQ MS63 FB in an early generation PCGS holder. A superb coin well struck throughout. Submitted it to CAC and it came back with a green bean, thought it might get a Gold. Not a great registry point grab, but at the end of the day hard to find much wrong with this coin.
