Owner Comments:
An interesting design with a grizzly bear high on a crag overlooking the fairgrounds. Aluminum new metal tokens and store cards were struck in abundance for the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition. Most of the Midwinter so-called dollars were struck in aluminum. Reverse microscopic signature NOBLE CHICAGO. The N of Noble appears to be two V’s, one punched upside down to create an N.
