The 1894 O is a challenge to find in any grade, and is the last half Eagle from the New Orleans mint. This coin is a bit scruffy, but has very nice color, luster, and some PL reflectivity and overall I consider it PQ for the grade. Only 17 graded higher at NGC, and 13 at PCGS. Mintage of only 16,600.
