The medal depicts Paul Revere on the obverse, with a patriot holding a rifle, symbolic of the Battles of Lexington & Concord, on the reverse. This medal was designed by Margaret Grigor.

This medal came encased in a plastic capsule & black clam-shell packaging, is dated 1975, and achieved a Top Pop grade of MS 65 DPL "Deep Proof-like".
