Nazi Germany
Honoring the 500th Birthday of Martin Luther. Minted in Stuttgart. Martin Luther, most famous for the founding of the Lutheran Church and the protestant reformation also became a rabid anti-semetic. The Nazi party used his writings to help further their cause. It is fitting that they minted a coin honoring him. Fortunately, the modern Lutheran churches don't share his beliefs on Judaism.
