A nice Early American Capped Bust Half Dollar in Fine Details condition as graded by NGC.The VarietyPlus attribution shows the die variety to be an O-103.Some old scratches on the reverse of this coin do not detract from it’s overall appearance.At the time this coin was struck Thomas Jefferson was serving the latter part of his second term as President of the United States.It is always interesting to imagine the hands this coin may have passed through during the early years of our nation and the economic roll it played in the country’s development.
