Cuba - 1915(P) 40 Centavos - KM #14.3 - Mintage: 2,632,650 (total for all of the high, medium, and low relief designs)
These coins were minted by the US mint in Philadelphia for circulation in Cuba. The combined mintage for the high, medium, and low relief designs was 2,632,650. Based on the pricing in K&M and the NGC point values, the low relief design must be the most common, the medium relief the most rare, leaving the high relief somewhere in the middle.
If this particular example exhibits any wear at all, it's just a hint of rub on the high point detail. It has a bit of toning with substantial underlying luster.
