Owner Comments:
PCGS type 3.5 holder.
Thought to have only been issued during the last week of Dec 1989.
obverse: Green die-cut label (smooth edges). PCGS in bold print at top center of label.
Other defining characteristics of this rare holder type are the large serial numbers that start to the left of the barcode & the 4 pins (dots) surrounding the circular area of the coin along with the letters "PCGS" embossed in very small print at the very edge of the bottom right corner of the plastic holder case (outside the raised rectangular area).
reverse: small hologram with a series of diagonal letters "PCGS" appears to the right of PCGS.
