NGC US Coin Census for Roosevelt Dimes (1946-Date)

Owner Comments:

In 1992 the United States mint revived the issuance of the classic solid (not clad) silver coinage in the form of a new series of Proof sets. The dime, quarter and half dollar contained the pre-1965 composition of 90% silver and 10% copper. These beautiful coins because an instant hit with collectors because of their brilliant white surfaces and magnificent cameo appearance. This 2007-S dime features the bust Franklin Roosevelt that designer John Sinnock introduced in 1946. It is among the best renditions of the design that the mint has issued to date.
