Owner Comments:

This nickel displays a vibrant colored Indian and a buffalo in a blizzard. In 1934 America was recovering from the Great Depression when the Phidelphia Mint produced it's first nickel since 1930 (20,213,003 coins). The 1934-P is fairly common in all grades. The strikes are not as sharp as other P-Mint nickels from the 1930's. The luster ranges from good to excellent. PCGS population; 159 with 19 higher.
