João VI 960 Reis 1821-R MS65 NGC, Rio de Janeiro mint, KM326.1, LMB-479. Overstruck on a Peru Ferdinand VII 8 Reales. Rendered with a balanced strike, this piece retains plenty of its original mint bloom underlying the pleasing cobalt-fiery tone. The highest grade recorded by either NGC or PCGS.
