138/0 Top Pop as of May 2008. Small tone spot on the cheek. Jet black mirrors with snowy frost cameo devices. PQ. This is the fourth year of the Ike Series Dollar. 1956 was Ike's 4th year in office. That year saw his recovery from a major heart attack late the year before. This was also the year that our federal highways started to be revamped. Later to become the Interstate System. Eisenhower was known as the "Father of the Interstate System". His foresight lead to our modern day freeways. In November of 1956, Ike was re-elected to a second term as President of the United States.
