Seller Description: This PCGS graded MS 64+ (PCGS Pop: 140/423) is intensely lustrous for tits assigned grade, and is oh so close to a full GEM grade. The 1928, with a mintage of 360,649, is one of the keys to the series. Sharply struck devices stand out boldly on both sides. A few tiny ticks and a blush of iridescent gold and pale blue can be seen on the reverse. The eye appeal is high end.
