Seller description: 1928-S $1 MS64+ NGC. The difficulty in obtaining an MS65 grade for the 1928-S is exemplified by the present well preserved coin. Lustrous and brilliant with smooth surfaces and excellent eye appeal. WE TR exhibits moderate die doubling, as often encountered on this conditionally rare issue.(Registry values: N991) (NGC ID# 257W, PCGS# 7374)
