EARLY DENVER MINT JEFFERSON 1946 HIGH GRADE!
This post wartime nickel is quite difficult to locate in a Gem MS67 condition. Here is another beautiful
example of Felix Schlags early nickles. It's unique color tone displaying an' attractive slight orange peel
effect to it.
A Specialist in this field, Ben Nagengast mentioned this in his book -
The 2002' Jefferson Nickel Analyst, which is one of the most-recommended reference book to this day.
An now even being a decade old book, it's still considered a must have for the beginner and advanced
Jefferson collectors.
PCGS Grading Service had (795) certified, with only (4) being in MS-67 Grade.
NGC Grading Service has (540) certified, with (93) in this grade.
