Pop 1 - Finest graded for both services. This coin has more luster than any other PanPac $2.5 I have ever seen. Soft satiny cartwheel luster like this is exceedingly rare. The obverse design is almost all devices with very little open field for reflection.
This coin virtually fell into my lap. Usually dealers or auctions are the only way to obtain a finest graded coin. But in this case a dealer friend spied it residing in a dealer inventory with no hype and no mention. Just dropped out of the sky on me! It was this coin that made it possible to jump to the #1 registry set. Thanks to Bobby March at Gracorp.
