Mintage of 580,000. - Kind of a lackluster coin as far as eye appeal but it is graded right and these are very hard to find. Several years ago (2003?) a dealer a the Chi. Coin Fair told me that 2 bank rolls of this date had recently been found and would be hitting the market soon. Either that was an outright lie or someone got hold of them before going to market and tucked them away for another day as I've never seen any new bunch come onto the market.
