Mintage of 480,000. Obv.- A few areas of frost break and two small areas of die polish near the bottom rim. Mint fresh red with no mellowing or spots of any kind. Rev.- Just a touch of mellowing to the red at the center. Lacks the cartwheel luster that the obverse has. A real wonder coin. From Pennies & Postage, Inc. (Del Parker) in a 1997 World Coin News ad for $15, well worth the price.
