Mintage of 300,000. Obv.- Fully struck with just a touch of mellowing in the fields. Mark free. Rev.- Full strike but a bit more mellow than the obverse. A few surface breaks and one very small ding, not seen with the naked eye, on the lower wing. A bit less luster than the obverse. Purchased from Pennies & Postage, Inc.(Del Parker) from a World Coin News ad in July of 1998 for $15. I sent it off to be graded and was thinking a MS-66 Red, but alas, it came back a 65. I find it hard to believe but this is the only coin in the census and therefore the top Pop.
