This (81-P/Jeff) is Really A LOW POP JEFFERSON!

With this date most were usually Attractive, and the (Steps?) Tough to-find, Mainly due to weak details in the Dies.

There were a little over (300) of these Graded by (Both) PCGS & NGC,,,, In MS67 = Only (30)......
