Circulation Strike Mintage 3,652,000

Most of the Liberty Walking halves I've seen have fairly good luster and are pretty well struck. Weakness was mostly noted on the head and left hand on the obverse, so I avoided those coins in my search.

This coin's luster was somewhat dull, and showed very light wear, but only at the highest points. Any original mint luster was seen in protected areas between letters. Cherrypicking paid off as most of the design details are present.

On the obverse, the key focal areas were above average with 60% of head and left hand details present. Almost all of the gown lines are clearly visible, as is the breast outline. The knee, as well as the leg spanning above the knee to the ankle, was flat with contact marks present.

On the reverse, the Eagle's high points are lightly worn and there a very small flat spots on the breast. The picture is poor in showing this regard, but most of the Eagle's left leg feathers were present.
