Circulation strike mintage 9,162,000

With plenty to choose from, finding a good example in mint state was relatively easy.

This blast white coin has absolutely no signs of wear, average luster (as compared to other MS-64s) as well as attractive eye appeal. There are a few light scattered contact marks in the obverse and reverse fields, but none on the key/focal areas. One hairline was seen under 7x magnification on the reverse in the left field.

The strike in this example is fantastically sharp falling just shy of complete head details on the obverse, and most of the feathers on the eagle's left leg on the reverse.
