I was able to upgrade the coin in this slot from the one that I bought at the February 2012 Cayón Subastas in Madrid where my bid failed to execute on a better looking 1763/2 MM so Juan Cayón sold me another lot that did not get any bids. That coin received a Fine details grade (a bit harsh in my opinion). I was happy to win this replacement, the highest graded example, from the Rudman Collection of Mexican Coins Part II. This example is strongly toned and quite handsome. Gilboy M-8-43b R2 (25-50 pieces known). ex rudman coleccion.
