Completely white coin likely due to the plastic packaging first used in mint sets in 1960. Light rub marks keep this coin from being graded higher. Very exceptional strike when compared to most 60-P coins. Bell lines are clearly full but not among the deepest of the series. Population 840/61/0. Mintage 7,715,603
