Set Description
This custom set is for any Apollo 13 Mission Commemorative metals which was blasted off from the Kennedy Space Center on April 11, 1970 and returned to earth on April 17, 1970.

This Apollo 13 was the third manned mission to the moon. It was classified as a "successful failure" because of the ingenuity of both the crew in space and the scientists and technicians at NASA's Mission Control to safely bring astronauts Jim Lovell, Jack Wigert and Fred Haise back home.
