Mayon an active Volcano which overlooks the city of Legaspi. Inscriptions around the cameo read: "MANILA RAILROAD COMPANY OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS".
REVERSE
Inscriptions read: "MANILA-LEGASPI LINE/ OFFICIALLY INAUGURATED BY PRESIDENT MANUEL L. QUEZON OF THE PHILIPPINES/ MAY/1938".
