Owner Comments:

Giuseppe Longhi (1766-1831) published this line engraving in Padua, 1817. One line engraving recently described was 9 1/2 X 7 inches in size. His student was Jakob Felsing who used this image to create his engraving which was then used by Christian Lauer when making his dies.

The drawing is an image of Giuseppe Longhi.
