Peru Republic 1854 LM-MB 4 Reales PCGS MS61, Lima mint. Under-graded and very appealing bluish toning around FELIZ in reverse legend and bluish-golden toning around bottom rim on obverse. Will possibly cross this coin over to NGC
in the near future. Could easily grade MS63 in my opinion. PCGS seems to be all over the place in regards to grading these days. At least from what I have seen.
