Owner's Description

The second of a series of eight Image Firsts Walking Dead #1 reprints. The Walking Dead TV series "coming in October" advertisement on back cover.

This is one of the rarest TWD slabs, with just 31 in the census.

CGC census 6/2019 = 30. 3 @9.6, 21 higher @9.8.
CGC census 8/2024 = 31. 4 @9.6, 21 higher @9.8.

Note: It was rumoured - now confirmed - that some of the CGC certified editions of this comic are actually of the earlier edition, 03/2010. The "telltale" is the rear cover - correctly slabbed versions must have the TV series advertisement as this one. I identified such an incorrectly labelled 3/2010 edition for sale on eBay in August 2024, and advised its seller.
