(2) NGC MS65, well struck and finest graded by NGC (ex. Heritage NYINC Jan 2016) and NGC MS63, second finest graded by NGC. One graded MS66 by PCGS, but it has somewhat odd toning that is distracting (sold at Stacks NYINC Jan 2016).
There are two other coins graded NGC MS62 and no others graded.
So quite rare in upper grades.
