After being minted from 1878 to 1904, the coin's design actually had to be recreated for a one-year release in 1921. The Morgan Dollar ended in 1904, seemingly forever, and the The main mint was destroyed in 1910. The Morgan is designed very meticulously, with every sharp line on the coin, and adds to the appeal of the saintly face of the Statue of Liberty wearing the hat. decorated with wheat leaves and cotton, while the reverse shows a slender eagle with outstretched wings. “IN GOD WE TRUST” in Gothic lettering is an interesting design touch.But this coin was destroyed in 1910.
