Owner Comments:

Purchased uncertified as Extremely Fine at a March 2002 coin show, this semi-key date Morgan dollar has a slightly glossy darkish color and light hairlining in the fields that NGC interpreted as evidence of "cleaning" when I submitted it for certification in November 2023. It also has some rim damage. However, it remains in my opinion a decent circulated example of this now rather expensive issue.

I took the photos before submitting the coin to NGC.
