Owner Comments:
Blanchard was a coin and bullion dealer who slabbed coins from sometime in 1986 thru 1989. Blanchard licensed the use of the ACG slab design and made just a few stylization changes from the ACG slab design. I have read that there are a few different reverse designs, but I have only seen this one so for now I will just label this as the only generation.
